For comparison, I’d bought a house back in 2016 (sold in 2018) and it was one of the most difficult transactions ever. It was a HUD home so that was part of it but the realtor, the broker, everyone I seemed to deal with was either hard to get ahold of, or elusive in their answers to different questions. I had 3 different closing dates and had to sign paperwork twice. Needless to say, I won’t be using them anymore.

This was not the case here. From the start Brad, Peter, and Nicol have been wonderful. They all answered every question we had quickly and completely without complaint (sorry Peter for the late night phone calls).
